3D Viewing

View drawings and designs the way they were meant to be seen with 3D PDF viewing technology. Navigate through complex models, change background colors and perspectives, and switch between viewing modes using your mouse. Further refine your view by hiding, isolating, or making specific parts of a model transparent. Advanced animation features allow you to cycle and rotate through all 3D views contained in a PDF.

VisualSearch™

Search less. Do more. Bluebeam's exclusive VisualSearch allows you to select any symbol on a PDF and search for all instances that it occurs in the current document, all open documents, or even a folder.

Measurement Cutout

Bluebeam continues to improve electronic takeoffs with the addition of area cutout. This handy new measurement functionality allows design and construction professionals to account for room obstructions such as windows, doors and archways when measuring the area of a room. Creating accurate estimates has never been easier.

PDF to MS Office

Seamlessly convert your PDF files back to their native file formats. Export to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to easily edit and format files. You can even export your PDFs to HTML to make your documents visible and fully searchable on the Internet.

MultiView™ Extended

Open multiple sessions of Revu at once, and move PDF pages from the thumbnails tab between sessions. Don't confine yourself to the limits of single-monitor viewing. Grab a tab and drag it to another monitor for a more efficient review process.

Unicode

Breakthrough communication barriers with Unicode support. This advanced technology allows you to translate markups to over 55 different languages, making global projects a reality. You can even ditch your keyboard, mouse or tablet pen altogether and add text markups to PDFs using a microphone. Das ist gut!

Custom Status

Create custom status options in the Markups list for different stages of the review process. You can even assign color properties to a status, which gets applied to the markup when its status is changed. Store custom status lists per Profile and share them with colleagues for improved project communication.

Erase Content

Get rid of unwanted text or images for good with Erase Content. Simply choose the rectangular area you wish to delete and voilà - you have a clean new space to work with.
